BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Indonesian citizen, 46 years old. She was educated in Elementary School at Kalam Kudus Elementary School in Medan (1977 – 1983), Junior High School at Kalam Kudus Middle School in Medan (1983 – 1986), High School at St. Thomas in Medan (1986 – 1989), and Bachelor Degree of Management  (1989 – 1993). She currently serves as Director of the Company since June 2018. She served as Assistant Manager of Bank Internasional Indonesia in Medan in 1989 – 1997, Finance Controller at PT Duta Aroma Kemang in 1998 – 2004, and previously she served as head of the operational section and marketing Company since 2006 – May 2018. She was appointed as Director of the Company since June 2018 with a term of office until the closing of the 5th Annual GMS after the appointment date. Affiliated Relationship: wife of Yafin Tandiono Tan – president director and sister of Johannes Wargo – president commisioner.
