BOARD OF DIRECTORS

An Indonesian citizen, 61 years old. He studied at Deli Baru Elementary School (1963-1969), Deli Baru Middle School (1969-1972) and Hang Kesturi High School (1972-1975).He currently serves as the President Director of the Company. He started his business in 1976 – 1999 by starting a business in the field of export and import of small vehicle spare parts and heavy equipment spare parts. From 1999 to 2006, he expanded to the field of forest clearing in collaboration with PT Sinar Mas Group (APP) where the cooperative relationship continued until 2018 where the Company had just completed the construction of the Vanilla Project, a factory owned by the RAPP in Kerinci . In 2005 – May 2018, he started a heavy equipment rental business, serving as Director of the Company. During his business development he succeeded in leading the Company in working with a number of foreign companies holding leading brands of heavy equipment such as Kobelco, Liebherr, Grove Manitowoc and serving large projects throughout Indonesia. Until then he was appointed as the President Director of the Company on June 6, 2018 with a term of office until the closing of the 5th Annual GMS after the appointment date. Affiliated Relationship: husband of Linayati – director.
